JB’s Coaches of the Year
Their will be two coaches of the year in the high school category.
1. This guy reminds me of Dean Smith from North Carolina. He could be compared to Bobby Knight by the way his team prepares for battle. It is Bismarck High School Boys Basketball Coach, Steve Miller.
2. This next gentleman could be compared to Phil Jackson by the way he has dominated the landscape for girls high school basketball. Ladies and gentlemen, it is the chief of the tribe, Greg Amundson.
3. This next award goes to a young coach who has had to face adversity. He has the mark of a champion. This next award was based on courage and admiration. It goes to the Bismarck Bobcat from Unity, Saskatchewan. It is the head coach, Byron Pool.
The following award will also go to the Bismarck Bobcats. It is based on putting all the right pieces of the puzzle together. This award goes to a certain owner for when he promoted Coach Pool, and went to the Eastern side of the state and hired the former Jets assistant Aaron Kinslow. The award goes to Thom Brigl.
