For the second great night, the Bobcats would work over-time. Just like last night, Bismarck would overcome adversity and that is the mark of a Champion. Owatonna gave the Champs all they could handle and a lot more. The referees were suspects, partly because the Bobcats were to blame for putting themselves in situations where the referees would become a crucial part of the game. Here is your scoring recap. Owatonna and Bismarck would go back and forth goal for goal until finally Nikolaj Rosenthal would put the game to bed with an overtime winner (4-3). That would stop the Express and give the Bobcats a 2 – 0 weekend and a 3 point lead where they currently are 9-6-1 in the standings. Bismarck continues on the road to Aberdeen next week (Nov 12 & 13th) for a face-off against the Wings.
