Watkins Glen, NY – Kyle Busch’s antics continue. On Monday afternoon, he finished 4th and still continued to be the same old Kyle Busch, which puts a black eye on Toyota, M&Ms, and Joe Gibbs Racing. Maybe Kyle should look at his former teammate, Tony Stewart, who used to push reporters and knock tape recorders out of their hands. Tony used to be the bad boy of NASCAR, but we are seeing a much calmer “Smoke” this year. Rowdy Busch better learn how to deal with media obligations that are part of the sport of NASCAR. Even if you have a bad day, maybe if you would handle it with class, people would give you more respect. When you just pop-off because you’re not happy with a 4th place finish you need to grow up. Maybe you need a bottle, Kyle. Maybe you should take lessons from a 3 time world champion like Jeff Gordon. Maybe you should take lessons from Tony Stewart. Even when he’s not happy, he still addresses the media and takes questions. Maybe this is the wrong sport for you, Kyle.
If they had a sport for babies you would be #1. At Michigan, your fellow competitors might as well put you in the wall. Are you going to be the next Stewart who throws tantrums and punches people? Why can’t you take lessons from the best in the business and mind your P’s and Q’s, like Mark Martin and so many of your competitors? I am sick of your antics. What kind of message do you think it sends to young children? It’s OK to be like Kyle Busch? It’s OK to be a villain?
