Bismarck, North Dakota. After a 7-2 win for the Bobcats on Friday night, JeremiahBoyce.com had a chance to chat with former Bobcat and now assistant coach for the Aberdeen Wings, Garrett Roth. We asked Coach Roth what his favorite Bobcat memory was and he stated, “winning the Borne Cup in 2003 and seeing the fans climb on the glass.” JeremiahBoyce.com asked Garrett how he liked coaching the Aberdeen Wings and he said, “the fans are really behind the team.” We asked him if he had a favorite player with the Wings and he stated, “Each player has a special place in my heart, I don’t really have a favorite player.” Garrett Roth is still the all-time leading scorer in Bobcat history. The Wings are currently tied with the Bobcats 1-1, with game 3 on Friday at Odde Ice Center in Aberdeen.
