The Four Nations Tournament has arrived in Boston, and Canada nearly escaped Finland 5-3 Monday afternoon. If the USA emerges victorious tonight against Sweden, they will play Canada for the championship on Thursday. I am hoping that it’s good hockey and not goon-ery hockey like we saw on Saturday night in Montreal. The NHL should be ashamed of itself for the three fights that happened during the first time that USA and the Maple Leafs battled at the Four Nations Tournament in Montreal. If it happens again, the NHL will be banned from this website, because NHL players should know better. Matthew Tkachuk should be banned from the league. There is no call for the fighting between the two countries. Sidney Crosby fights sometimes, but that is to fire up the Penguins who are having a less than stellar year. I like Sidney for the way he plays hockey and this reporter has a number 87 jersey that I wear sometimes when I’m listening to Sid and the Penguins play. The national anthems should not be booed. Montreal, you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you approached the US national anthem. Boston, you can do better than that tonight.
