With the first two games of their three game series against the Minot Minotauros in Bismarck this weekend, the Bismarck Bobcats will have nobody to blame but themselves if they do not widen their lead over the Tauros in the NAHL Central Division standings. The Bobcats currently are in fourth place with a one point lead ahead of Minot at this time in the fight to make the playoffs for the Robertson Cup this year.
While it is always fun to see Head Coach Marty Murray of the Tauros, now will be the perfect time to still see them in fifth place after this weekend is done. jeremiahboyce.com will be in attendance for the first two games being played at the VFW Sports Center. I have been the Bobcats staff writer since 2003 and would like nothing better than to see a sweep of the series by the Bobcats.
Meanwhile, I hope that everybody plays to the best of their ability and that Coaches Sedevie and Roth have their Bobcat players in the right frame of mind to execute and play good physical hockey and stay out of the penalty box, or else my Wednesday visit with the coaches could not be a fun thing to do that day. I do stand behind the Bobcat coaches 100% because of their leadership of the team.
