For a team that had an off-ice trouble, there would be on-ice trouble awaiting them on Friday night. As for the second straight year the Bismarck Bobcats will move on to the second round where they will be playing for a spot in the 2010 Robertson Cup Tournament. Game number 3 was all Bismarck as Albert Lea was blown away from the opening face-off. The Bobcats would pour it on and keep adding insult to injury the whole game. Here is your scoring recap: From friday night’s first period it would be the Bobcats who would break out on top early scoring two power play goals. The first one by #22 Dominic Panetta and the second by #12 Ryan Jacobson. At the end of one, it would be 2-0 Cats! In the second period, the Bobcats would smell blood breaking the game open with a 4-0 explosion with goals by Dominic Panetta and Jason Fabian. The Bobcats would put the nail in the coffin in the the third period, making sure the Thunder put their skates away for the rest of the season. However, Albert Lea managed to score one measely little goal. It will be an April snow storm in Bismarck when the Alexandria Blizzards come blowing into town.
