Indianapolis – The Philadelphia Eagles come calling to Lucas Oil Stadium tonight in a pre-season match-up, which will feature SuperBowl 41 MVP, Peyton Manning, and former Purdue Boilermaker, Curtis Painter. It will be a healthy competition between two Big 10 rivals, #12 Jim Sorgi and #7 Curtis Painter will battle for the right to back-up their starter Peyton Manning. This game has the
Philadelphia offensive line vs. the Colts defensive line.
Philadelphia is going to try to shut down Dwight Freeney, Raheem Brock, and Freddy Keiaho. The Colts offensive line has to protect Peyton Manning. Last game, the offense was only able to muster a field goal against the Vikes, but I don’t think that is the offense we will see all season. They have too many veterans on that team to play lackluster football. As always, all season long you can read
about every Colts game on the Jeremiah Star with Jeremiah “Kravitz.”
Look for Peyton to come out firing.
