San Antonio, Texas. Kevin Durant was supposed to be the Most Valuable Player in the NBA, but I don’t think so, Tim. Not when you’re sitting on the couch after you have been ousted from the playoffs for the second straight year. As for Greg Popovich, I couldn’t agree more with the rest of the coaches who selected him Coach of the Year, because that is some team he’s got going in San Antonio. The Thunder were reduced to rain drops late Saturday night. There was nothing that Kevin Durant could do to stop Tim Duncan and Tony Parker. They were on a mission. They wanted to face Lebron for the second straight year. Even though my Pacers couldn’t deliver a fatal blow to Lebron and his NBA reign, I am really excited to see what the Spurs can do with the Heat. I think what to watch for will be Tony against Lebron and Battier against Manu Ginobili. And you will have fun watching Eric against Pop. Pop won’t let Eric get away with anything. Whatever move Eric makes, Pop will counter punch. I’m really looking forward to watching the coaching and a great series. I predict Spurs in seven.
