As always, jeremiahboyce.com will have the Boilers covered by WAZY as they steam toward their first ever National Championship. Last year, the Boilers won the Big Ten tournament in Chicago. This year, the tournament is in Minneapolis March 13-17, and number one seed Purdue will play on Friday March 15.
The Boilers are eyeing a number one seed in the NCAA, but that doesn’t really mean that they will have good luck in the tournament. I have my doubts that number one will last throughout the whole tournament. Just because you win the Big Ten doesn’t mean a hill of beans in March Madness. As far as number 15 Zach Edey is concerned, I thought that was a classy move when the Boilers retired his number on Sunday afternoon.
