After getting win number 24 on the road at Michigan State, it’s time to focus on the Golden Gophers. We know that Williams Arena in Minniapolis can get loud, but the Hoosiers must counteract that with their national player of the year “in my opinion” Mr. Oladipo. The one thing I’m looking forward to is the coaching match-up, Tom Crean against Tubby Smith, because Tubby has a lot of national championship experience from when he was at Kentucky. Meanwhile, Crean’s boys are trying to get win number 25 on the season. So I’m curious to see what Minnesota has in store for Oladipo. You can’t expect another Reggie Miller performance out of Vic. The Hoosiers are going to have to get their scoring from other players, it can’t all be Vic. If the Hoosiers want win 25 they are going to have to have a whole team effort, because Minnesota would like nothing better than a repeat of Champaign. It doesn’t matter if we are number one now, the later we go into the basketball season with only three losses is not good, because the committee is watching our every move! If IU wants the national championship, they are going to have to earn it! I will be expecting a lot out of Kevin Yogi Ferrell and also Jeremy Hollowell.
