He began the press conference by thanking all of his teammates. The press conference was invite only. Some of his Indianapolis Colts teammates were present. He went on to thank former Indianapolis Colts president of football operations, Bill Polion, and former Colts head coach Tony Dungy, who now works for NBC. He also informed John Elway of his decision. If the Broncos want to defend their title, they have to do it without Peyton Manning. We will not hear “Omaha” any more from one of the best quarterbacks in the league.
