A three goal explosion helped boost the Detroit Red Wings four wins from their 11th Stanley Cup. In the first period, Detroit took the life out of the Dallas Stars with three goals by Kris Draper, Pavel Datsyuk, and Dallas “Texas” Drake. The only time the Stars would shine brightly was on a power-play goal by Stephane Robidas. This sets up an interesting Stanley Cup final.
