The Minnesota Twins are lucky to have a 4-3 record on the road last week. They hope to get back on Target against the birds from St. Louis starting tonight. This series begins a long home stand for the Twins after a less than stellar performance against the Padres. The Twins were only able to capture one game at Petco Park in San Diego. Sonny Gray, who used to be a Minnesota Twin, will not pitch for the Cardinals in the series at Target Field. Tonight’s starters are David Festa for the Twins and Andre Pallante for the birdies. The Cardinals are from the National League Central. Meanwhile, your Minnesota Twins are from the AL Central and are two games behind Steven Kwan and the Guardians. The Guardians will play the defending World Series champion Rangers tonight at Progressive Field.
