What happened Sunday was inexcusable. Morgan Shepherd was 16 laps down. Meanwhile Joey Logano was in second place trying to chase down Brad Keselowski. Instead of Logano chasing Bad Brad for the win, he was denied because Shepherd didn’t know how to drive his machine.
Shepherd sent Logano into the wall and Logano never a chance to fight Keselowski for the win. I think there should be an age limit in NASCAR and that Shepherd should get his eyes checked. I think by the age of 63, Shepherd should be out of the car for good. Once you turn 60 or older and you have poor eyesight, you need to get out of racing for good. If you are a senior citizen, you should police yourself and know when to retire.
