Come along as I tell you what to expect in this year’s edition of NASCAR preview. I think Kevin will be able to defend, but there is one person that he will have a heck of a time holding off… and it’s not Double J. It’s J.G. (Jeff Gordon). Gordon, who announced his retirement earlier in the off-season, will be determined from Daytona to Homestead to come out on top and be the one holding the trophy. He wants all of the glory that last year’s champion has been able to enjoy ever since the checkered flag flew at Homestead. As far as Dale Jr, he will not taste the thrill of victory at all this year, because it takes a while for a crew chief to mesh with a driver. As far as “Six-Time,” I’m not buying the fact that he and Chad will be better.
