With the temperature hot outside, many of you are not thinking hockey. Many of you are thinking about BBQ’s and water, but I am thinking about hockey. In August, Jeremiahboyce.com will be your home for everything Bobcat Hockey. I fell in love with this organization when I was a wee little lad. I still remember the days when coach Roth was still a player. After missing the Robbie by one goal, Coach Sedevie has been pounding the hot pavement looking for the next group of young men who will wear the Bobcat logo on their chest this upcoming season. After claiming the Central Division last season, it will soon be time once again for Garrett and Layne to see if they will have what it takes to win six straight Central Division titles. I can tell you that Jeremiahboyce.com thinks they will have what it takes, even though I haven’t seen any hockey yet. The young men will have to come to training camp fit and ready to battle. With Mike and the Bobcats annual hell week, I think they will test the young men right away. You can’t be a pansy when you put on the Kitty uniform! Garrett and Layne have a certian brand of hockey that they want Bobcat Hockey to look like. There will be some rookies, but there will be returning veterans, possibly Aaron Nelson and Brian Nies. It will be interesting to watch who will take the game seriously and who will get cut. The NAHL takes no prisoners! Whether are you a veteran or a rookie it is hard to tell what a player is going to give you from watching. Of course, I’m not coach Roth or Sedevie, I’m just a reporter who will be bringing you the latest news from rink number two.
