The Pacers are a disgrace to a state that considers basketball its favorite game. Where is Reggie when you need him? He is in the TNT booth with Kevin Harlan. Rick Carlisle is a dumpster fire, and the Pacers owners Mel and Herb Simon have nothing to celebrate so far this season, because of a team that looks unready to play. In the words of Bobby Slick Leonard, when you want to dribble somebody’s head off, you look no further than the head coach. The Pacers make me want to take a deep breath, because I have nothing nice to say right now. Maybe Slick can come back from Heaven and lead the Pacers to a title, which we have never experienced in Indianapolis since the Pacers have been in the NBA. I would like to see more ball movement and less boom baby attempts. If the Pacers don’t watch out, maybe Jeremiah will return and holler just like Slick used to, “Get the ball to the big man!”
