Fargo, ND. NDSU has something that the rest of college football would like, and yesterday began another run at a championship. The Bison proved that if you want a piece of the championship, you are going to have to go through Fargo to get it. Craig Bohl was named the coach of the year for the second year in a row. There are four reasons why NDSU is so good. Because of coach Bohl, because the Bison have the will to win, and because the Bison are led by defense and a running back who will acquit you, Sam Ojuri. I feel that as long as coach Bohl is there, these Bison refuse to be given a tranquilizer. This is a dynasty in the making. And in the words of Bison play by play announcer Scott Miller, my, o, my! This reminds me of 2011, when the Bison laid claim to their first national championship since I moved to North Dakota in 1997. The Jackrabbita had no answer for the Bison. As a result, the Jacks know if you mess with coach Bohl and his Bison, even if you try to grab the Bison by the horns, it doesn’t work. You’re going to get run over.
