A two point lead in the Central Division means absolutely nothing, if the Bobcats don’t continue to keep winning. Six in a row is all well and good, but the Minotauros are right behind Bismarck in the standings. There is a little bit of added pressure on Layne, Garrett, and the players
This week is going to be very interesting. Former Bobcat Alex Toscano comes calling back to a place where he used to call home. He would love to cool off his old team, but the Bobcats are looking for 7 in a row. So you know that Garrett and Layne have been preaching about blocking against Alex. If the Bobcats are going to have any success in claiming a 4 point weekend against the defending champs, it will all start with Alex Toscano. Put a body on him, and keep a Bobcat near him at all times. Do not let him have a shooting lane. That goes for all the Wilderness players.
The Bobcats must ignore the Wilderness’ mouths, and when the Bobcats have a power play, they need to capitalize on them. They need to do a good job of remembering how they got to 6 in a row. The Bobcats must play together, for each other. That will make Layne Sedevie a very purry coach at the end of the weekend, if they do all of the keys that the Sheriff mentioned.
