Bismarck, ND. After a 1-3 Showcase in “Layne” Minnesota, the Bismarck Bobcats now turn their attention to Central Division hockey. Layne Sedevie and Scott Langer renew their acquaintance this weekend, as the Bobcats and Wings tangle in Aberdeen. The Odde Ice Center will be chanting “let’s go Wings.” There is no love lost between the two combatants. We don’t like them, and they don’t like us! The Wings are looking to reclaim the Central Division championship. Meanwhile, the Bobcats are just looking for four points, and they will get them, even if it takes a showdown with Scott. The Wings also claim Nicolas Lidstrom’s son Lucas from Sweden. He is 6’1 and his hometown is Hockeytown. The Bobcats return several players, including number 12 Julian Beaumont and number 16 Patrick Johnson.
