Usually, FedEx doesn’t deliver on Sunday, but if you are Denny Hamlin, you do. Hamlin, who won the 2022 Coca Cola 600, hasn’t won anything again until yesterday. He was winless going in to Kansas City. As for Kyle Larson and William Byron, who was the pole sitter, Byron finished third, but Larson got a bump and run and Hamlin forced him near the wall, which led to a second place finish for the number 5 team, led by Cliff Daniels. As far as Kyle Busch is concerned, he should never be allowed around MRN Radio again, because he delivered an expletive that you shouldn’t have to hear on radio. Ross Chastain and Noah Gragson, who drives for Dale Earnhardt Jr on Saturday, exchanged words again with the swearing. I don’t know if MRN has a seven second delay, but it they could have used it on Sunday.
