New York, NY. Last night, the Pacers had a chance to put the Knicks away, but the New York Knicks had other ideas about that. Everything went their way from the opening tip on Thursday night. You will have nights like this. The Pacers can ill afford to go back to New York. The Pacers need to play aggressive on Saturday. What have I been harping on all season long? Since Indiana was rated the number one defense at the beginning of the year, this is totally inexcusable! The Knicks were allowed to walk all over us. I know that it’s still 3-2 Indiana, but Saturday should be the end of this series. If it’s not, the Pacers themselves are to blame. I hope I’m not writing about a tied series. If I have to be writing about the Knicks winning on Saturday I will be pretty upset, because if that’s the case then the Pacers might as well kiss the season good-bye! Frank Vogel doesn’t wear the uniform – Big Roy, David, and Tyler do, so it’s not Frank’s fault if the Pacers end up losing the series, it’s the boys that wear that uniform. Maybe it’s time to dig deep and find Pacer pride! It has nothing to do with Frank Vogel at all it has everything to do with the gentlemen who put on the Pacers uniform. David had a good game last night, but the rest of his teammates were left at the hotel from what it sounded like. This game on Saturday should be our game to win. We should be able to clean the Knicks’ clocks and send them packing by themselves. On Saturday Pacers fans must have a lot hatred in them, it’s the Knicks for goodness sake! If you think I would like to play for my home state you are right! Anybody that knows me knows I love being a Pacers fan first and foremost. I also love being a Hoosier too. You will only find this kind of insight on the Jeremiah star! Sometimes I feel like I’m writing for the Indy Star.
