Andrew Miller of the Capitol City Kitties has recently found a college home to play his future hockey in. Miller has recently committed to Division 1 Mankato State of the WCHA Conference, which is also the same college that former Bobcat Goalie Aaron Nelson committed to and played for.

Miller called Bismarck Bobcat Head Coach and former college goaltender Layne Sedevie about the opportunity he had with Mankato State, to which Sedevie told Miller to go with your “gut” feeling. After that, the Colorado native accepted Mankato’s offer for a college visit and the moment he stepped on campus he felt right at home on the Maverick campus.

Miller will have a current Bobcat with him at Mankato, that being current forward Will Hillman. There is a possibility the Bobcats could have “Miller Time” back for next season before he departs for Mankato.

Miller has a current record of 16-7-2-1. The Sheriff’s Patrol would like to wish this exciting young shining star good luck as he pursues a possible playoff spot for the current second place Bobcats in the NAHL Central Division.
