Philadelphia, PA. Doug Pederson was booted out of the bird’s nest on Monday afternoon. Jeff Lurie, the owner of the Eagles, should be ashamed of himself for letting such good coaching go by the wayside. What are you doing, Jeff? You are being inexplicably selfish. You let a perfectly good coach fly the coop. Unless you are going to keep the 6’5” quarterback from North Dakota safe, you should be jettisoned off the planet, because you laid an egg. I know you’re the owner, but still, in my opinion, you made a mess of your own nest. You should have let Pederson and Wentz talk their differences out. You will never have a better coach than the one whose feathers you ruffled. An no, you cannot have Frank Reich! Carson, you are welcome to come and be a Colt if you want to, because your old buddy Frank Reich can lead you to a Super Bowl, just like he did with the Eagles. If you stay in the nest and honor your contract, you are making a huge mistake, because you will have to learn a whole new system. I can see where you would be getting frustrated, because your bonehead owner fired the coach you were drafted by. You already had a fractured relationship with Pederson, but did you ever think it would be better with Jeff Lurie? I think you should fly the coop and come to the barn.
