Just when you thought that North Dakota would not have a chance of playing for the Robertson Cup earlier this season, the fourth seeded Minot Minotauros are now only one game away from being that team, as they lead the Austin Bruins two games to none in their best of five game series for the NAHL Central Division Championship, and they will be playing their next two games if needed at the Maysa Arena this weekend in Minot.
Even though I am the Bobcat Staff Writer, I would like to give credit where credit is due, which means telling Minotauros Head Coach Marty Murray and player Sam Fuss congratulations and also good luck in their quest for the NAHL’s Robertson Cup which will be played in Blaine MN May 11-14.
