When we last heard from our boys with the old English D on their chests, it looked like they were going into hibernation for the winter after losing a critical game to the White Sox. How things have changed. When it looked like the magic had been sucked out of the Tigers, the White Sox have been losing to the hapless Royals, and to the Angels. Meanwhile, the Tigers are still breathing down the White Sox’ neck. Pending the results of tonight’s Tigers game with the Twins, the Central Division could still be up for grabs heading into the final week.
