Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordan are allegedly teammates, but they have been far from it in the last two weeks. At Texas, Jeff Gordan said “I guess fourtime is a little upset,” and then last week at Talledega it came all to a head when Gordan said on National Television that “48 is really testing my patients, and I’m really pissed right now.” I think both of these Gentlemen should be ashamed of themselves and their childish behavior. This is not the sportsmanship that should be shown by sports champions. If I was in the NASCAR trailer the next time that Jimmie and Jeff acted up on the track, they would be suspended for the rest of the regular season and when it came to the chase they would be minus two hundred points right away. I don’t care if Johnson has won the last four titles in a row, you might as well call him “Jimmie Irnhart” because what he is doing is reminding all of us the of the black number three. As far as Mr. Gordan goes, what kind of message does this send Ella? That it’s okay to swear on National Television and to have fights with another competitor and teammate? Grow boys, I’m watching you. JeremiahBoyce.com is watching you.
