Even though this website is based out of Bismarck, ND, I have friends with the Minnesota Vikings that I made in the pre season in late August. Sorry Carson Went, my fellow Bismarck Century High School graduate, your Eagles will not fly over our Minnesota Vikings as they will get loose for touchdowns at the “Linc” in Philadelphia this Sunday evening. Philly fans will be crying, lets change that to booing as that is what Philadelphia fans seem to do best, as they watch the “Purple Rain” come down all over their Lincoln Financial Field.
I believe Mike Zimmer will have his boys ready to rumble with the Eagles on Sunday, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Nick Foles is no Drew Brees as far as running an offense and the Vikings D will be able to shut the Eagles offense down when needed as they have only scored 15 points in their last two games on their home field. Just last week alone the Vikings scored 29 points against an up and coming New Orleans Saints defense, with six of those coming as time expired in one of the most amazing endings of a play off game ever.
I also believe that the Vikings offense will be able to move the ball on Sunday against a tough Philadelphia defense. Mistakes must be kept to a minimum as the purple can ill afford to turn over the ball in a critical situation which happened against New Orleans twice this last Sunday.
jeremiahboyce.com predicts a Minnesota Vikings victory 24-16 on the road to Super Bowl LII.
