On Saturday, Century ko’d Fargo South, who happened to be defending state champion. The red, white, and blue will move on to face Minot next Friday at the Community Bowl. Friday night will be a busy night at the bowl. Not only will CHS play Minot, you have the surprising Mandan Braves in an old west shootout with Bismarck, after Mandan left Red River Seeing red. Pat O’Brian vs. Mark Gibson. This is an historic moment in Mandan Braves football history, as the Braves have a chance to go the Alerus Center in the Dakota Bowl. Last year’s matchup in the Dakota Bowl was South vs. BHS, but this year the luck of the Irish looks to be with Mandan. Its all going to come down to whoever can control the butterflies in both tilts, and no turnovers.
