On Friday night, the final scoreboard read 4-1 Bobcats. On Saturday, the Bobcats were trying to sweep the Wings in Aberdeen. At one point, the game was tied at two, and then the Bobcats went on to win the game 6-4. I liked how the Bobcats were the team with nine lives, and they were the better team for once. We didn’t hear the Aberdeen fans having fun and celebrating a win over the Cats. Congratulations to our very own Layne Sedevie. Any time you can outwork the Wings at home is special and wonderful.

I am looking forward to seeing the Bobcats on our home ice on Saturday night against the Minot Minotauros. But first, we’ve got to go up to the Maysa and make Minot aware of the Sheriff Patrol’s favorite player from Finland, the sniper Vertti Jantunen. And shut up the Tauros fans. I used to have fun with the Tauros when Marty Murray was the head coach, but now that he has moved on to the Brandon Wheat Kings, I have lost all respect for the Tauros. I would like to make known to the owner of the Bobcats, Thom Brigl, that I am a Cat.
