With the temperatures being in the high 90’s you would never know that football is upon us. Believe it or not, but the BHS Demons can take a big step in their quest for perfection yet again. Meanwhile, the boys from the east look to take a big step in making sure that there is a new champion in 2013. Here is a player to watch on the field, a senior defensive end who is 6’2, Thomas Sease. It will be interesting to see if the boys from Red River can protect their quarterback, or if Thomas will have a field day. The keys for a BHS win are no turnovers, and put pressure on the Grand Forks quarterback. Also, stay fundamentally sound, and make Red River pay when you have the ball. Another key will be the BHS defensive line vs. the Red River offensive line. When I was trying to investigate if Red River has anyone who can battle Thomas, I was unable to get that information. A player to watch for along with Thomas Sease is Kole Bauer.
