Most of you that are NASCAR fans may not agree with what I’m about to write, but I have been hearing a lot of complaints about who took our Speed away? Here is something that most of you might not know about yours truly. I don’t cover NASCAR only! I also cover Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Hockey. So here is my opinion on Fox Sports One. While I might not care for mixed martial arts or boxing, I am very proud to say that I think Fox Sports One is to be commended for the way they have covered NASCAR. You will still have Larry McReynolds, so can we please talk about something else, so that Mike and Pete don’t have to deal with your complaining on Fired-Up Friday? While I have never talked to Mike and Pete personally, I do think that the people who call on Fired-Up Friday should just leave them alone about Speed! I think that because it’s gone forever, and it’s not coming back. I meant to write about this a long time ago, but it was a very touchy subject for yours truly to write about, and I didn’t know how it was going to come out. I wanted to keep my thoughts clean, and I didn’t want my readers to worry about cursing. That is not what I am about. I think my body of work should be readable to children and young adults. I think that one should be able to write without cursing, and not have to worry about what your children are reading. I am not here to throw away a body of work with offensive language in it, but I am here to cover sports with class. I just think that my colleagues sometimes get carried away.
