Brazil has five World Cup wins to their credit. They are like soccer’s version of NASCAR’s Jimmie Johnson, but it wouldn’t be fair to say that other countries don’t have a chance, because I think they do. No one expected the USA to make it out of the group of death, and they did. Sure it was with a little help, but we would have taken it with the help or no help. Now that group play is over, this is where the cream rises to the top. We now how have to wait until Tuesday when they play Brazil at 2:30 central time to see if we will move on or not. I am really expecting a big game out of Tim Howard and Clint Dempsey.
As far as tomorrow’s game, I will be looking for a big game out of Neymar, and if the USA loses against Belgium on Tuesday, you can look for Brazil to go all the way to the world cup if Chile doesn’t do anything tomorrow. If not Brazil it would be Chile if the USA couldn’t win on Tuesday. But I do think that USA will surprise Belgium. Here are my final score predictions. USA three, and Belgium zero. For the Brazil game it will be Brazil three, and Chile two in a shootout with Deymar getting the winning score.
