Not every year do you win a championship.  For the Dakota Wizards and the Bismarck Bobcats, it was not meant to be this year.  They gave it their all to try and bring the city that we all love two titles, but neither team delivered.  So what does JB SportsCorner see in 2008?  Keep in mind, ladies and gentlemen, the Bobcats had to replace a coach and the Wizards lost a legend to the NBA.  Don’t worry capitol city fans, we will be on top again.  I am supremely confident that we will get trophies, but it takes time to replace a legend, and it doesn’t happen overnight.

There were some bright spots in the calender year that we brought you coverage of.  Steve Miller captured a state title right in front of JB SportsCorner’s eyes.  We brought you coverage of the Demons and the Braves.  Look for more coverage where that came from.  The Marauders made a trip and very nearly picked off Wayne State, but it wasn’t meant to be their year either.  What can you expect in the summer months from Bismarck/Mandan’s #1 website?  You can expect coverage of the annual battle of the gridiron between ND and Montana.  Also, coverage of Tiger Woods as he tries to win the US Open, the Bismarck Governors, and the Lions All-Star Event.  When we have news about the Marauders, we will go directly to Brian Larson.  We will also cover the Sioux and more of your Bismarck Bobcat’s training camp.  It’s been a great winter.  Check back for more fun from the website where champions live.
