Saturday night in Avondale, AZ, Rick Hendrick’s organization did something they hadn’t done before in the prior eight races, and that was get a win.  A familiar face took them to victory lane.  Jimmie Johnson, who has been floundering around in the low teens in points, backed-up his fourth place in Martinsville with another top five, this time first.  That win improved him all the way to fourth in points.  Dale Jr. is third in points.  After a week off, NASCAR goes to “Jr.-Dega,” where one year ago Jeff Gordon claimed the spoils of victory, followed by his teammate (Jimmie Johnson) finishing second.  You can hear Talladega on 103.3 KUSB.
