Turtles anyone? Indy should be ashamed of itself for thinking that you could race on the road course, and so should NASCAR. Take a deep breath, everyone involved with today’s race. Next year there is no reason why NASCAR should be allowed to race on the current road course. If they use their minds and use their hearts things like today will never happen again. Joey Logano fell victim to the doggone turtles and hit a tire barrier. Denny Hamlin, who is a native of Chesterfield, VA, was not happy with central Indiana’s Chase Briscoe because Briscoe ran Hamlin off the track with 2 laps remaining in NASCAR’s visit to the heartland of America. A.J. Allmendinger from Los Gatos, CA ended up being the winner after Hamlin and Briscoe got in a major altercation. This allowed A.J. to take a ride to the second floor of victory lane. Congratulations A.J., Kaulig Racing, and Chris Rice. This was a race that should have never been held on the road course because of the turtles!
