With what has been going on in NASCAR lately, it has made me wonder what will the chase for the cup look like? Also, will Jeff Gordon get his 5th championship before the sunset of his career? I also wonder if Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson will forever be linked at the hip with five titles apiece between them? It would kind of be cool if Jeff Gordon got his 5th title before he retires, but in order to do that he has to figure out a way to get past his teammate. The way this year is looking, it looks like Johnson is well on his way to becoming a six time champion. Only time will tell! This is why NASCAR is so fun to cover. Until fall you never know if Jimmy Johnson is going to run the same way in the chase or not, only time will tell.
