Bismarck, ND. It was clear that the Bobcats head coach and general manager was less than satisfied with his players’ performance as of late. The first question the Sheriff’s Patrol asked coach Sedevie was, “how do you raise your level of play against the Wings?” He replied, “that’s the million dollar question. I wish I had an answer for you, Jeremiah. Frankly I am not worried about Aberdeen, we need to worry about St. Cloud Friday and Saturday. We face Aberdeen later on in the year. We will worry about them later.” Right now, according to the coach, the Bobcats come first. When it came to the level of play, coach Sedevie said that he was not pleased with the level of play and was frustrated with the Bobcats’ consistency or lack thereof. We also talked to Layne about several other topics, including his former assistant coach Garrett Roth and how he was doing with the Warriors. He said “Garrett and I talk every day. Garrett would tell you that he’s learning something new every day.” We also talked about COVID and how it was affecting the Bobcats. He said that we all know that COVID is still a factor. When you look at the standings, some teams haven’t even played 3 or 4 games. Sedevie was also asked if he felt like every game was a playoff game, and he said it would take another 4-8 weeks to feel like you would get a real picture of the playoffs.
