Monday Night at the Bismarck Civic Center, the Wizards had an encounter with a former Wizard, Kasib Powell. Now that he is not wearing purple, it was time for Powell to put on a magic show of his own, and burn the Wizards. Which he did… successfully. There is a lesson here, if you are a Dakota Wizards follower. Never let a key player go, or else he might come back to dunk on you and bite you where it hurts. For the Wizards, that was painstakingly true, as Powell “powed” his former teammates 117-108. Are the Wizards going to be dethroned? Only magical time will tell. The next time you will see the magical bunch in their Sorcerers Den will be tomorrow at 7:00 pm.
