This article is from the Jeremiah Tribune. The Cleveland Guardians came into Chicago and took two games from the White Sox, who made may be too young for the spotlight and the pressure. When you are in the playoffs, it’s time to put up or shut up. Chicago manager Will Venable has a bright young team that had a 2-0 lead in the series and couldn’t hold it. The veterans from Cleveland have outplayed the young up and coming White Sox. Venable has only one game left to get the momentum back, or the Sox will be looking at what might have been. The White Sox and the Guardians will stage one last battle on Saturday evening, and this time it will be for it all. I think if Cleveland wins, you can give the MVP to Jose Ramirez. He had a big part in the six run inning that denied the White Sox last night. He also had a home run in the fifth inning that took away the White Sox momentum. Tom Hamilton of the Cleveland press calls Jose Ramirez “hosie”.
