On Sunday afternoon, the Triple A 500 proved to be a boxing match between the #2 driver Brad Keselowski, the now 43 year old Jeff Gordon, from Vallejo, and Kevin Harvick. Words were exchanged, punches were thrown, and Brad Keselowski got a cut lip. Jeff Gordon did the right thing by confronting the Rochester Hills Michigan native. Brad Keselowski was at it again on October 11th at Charlotte North Carolina. Brad Keselowski should never be allowed in NASCAR again. If he is, he should be in anger management classes. Jeff Gordon had every right to be angry at him. He was trying to win a cowboy hat, a pair of six shooters, and to get to shoot them off. A win would have moved him on to Homestead Miami Speedway, where he could have competed for his fifth championship. Instead, he has to fight for his championship survival in Pheonix because of Brad.

Brad Keselowski thought there was a hole, and accidentally spun Jeff Gordon out of the way. Last year’s champion is not allowed to defend his title, due to being eliminated in an earlier round because of the new format. Kevin Harvick pushed Brad into the fight with Jeff Gordon. Numbers 24 and 2 had a come to Jesus meeting, which led to a fight and ended in fisticuffs. While the number 24 and 2 were having their brawl, the number 48, Jimmie Johnson was celebrating, because he won the race.
