After number 27 cost the Tigers game one, Detroit looks to rebound against the Royals and even the series at one when the Tigers send the undefeated Max Scherzer to the mound. He looks to continue his quest for an undefeated regular season when he faces the Royals tonight at Kauffman Stadium. Last night is over, although it was disappointing in more ways then one. The Tigers still have a chance to win the series if they can get a sure thing from Scherzer and then follow that up with a win on Wednesday afternoon, before they head to the Twin Cities for three games with the Twins. You would expect a much better performance out of “JP” number 27. JP is better then what he had pulled last night. We didn’t get him from the Indians so he could look like a minor leaguer, we got him so he could help the team win. I’m sorry Tiger fans for bashing on one of our better players, but he knows that he is better than that!
