Otis Weah was named to the FCS preseason All American team. The Junior running back made everybody take note in the Valley that “I’m here to play.” Weah means business. Weah garnered mention by six publications for All American status, and he is a candidate for the Walter Payton Award. Weah has lightning speed and if you don’t look out for him, it will be a long season in the Missouri Valley.
