Jack Michaels, the voice of the Hawks, was silenced because UND wasn’t able to recover from a sucker punch early in the game. Before the hot stove was even warm, The Dukes would already deliver a punch. JMU was hot and the Hawks were not.
In other Missouri Valley action, the Jackrabbits were facing the Salukis of Southern Illinois. The rascally rabbits scored 31 and the Salukis 26. Next week, they will play the Delaware Blue Hens in the semi finals.
