Madison Square Garden always seems to be revved up when the Knicks and Pacers play, and it was a house of horrors if you were wearing yellow and blue on Tuesday night. Myles Turner forgot to turn away from the New York Knicks, and that got the crown riled up even more. They were cheering and chanting “let’s go Knicks.” The Pacers now face one of the most daunting tasks in sports, going back to Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday with the season on the line. I think Tyrese Haliburton needs to perform like his predecessor in the 90’s, Reggie Miller.

Meanwhile, in the West, Denver poured barbecue sauce all over the Wolves last night, and Minnesota is now down 3-2. Obviously, the Denver Nuggets want to still be NBA champions, but Karl Anthony Towns and Naz Reid want a game seven. But first, they must win game number six tomorrow in the Wolves Den where they will be howling.
