Runestone Community Center  Alexandria, MN – After a 3-1 loss last Saturday at the VFW Sports Center, The Bobcats went on the road looking for a 2-1 series lead. But it would be Alexandria getting on the board first at 7:47 of the first, on a goal by Alexandria’s six foot seven inch Taylor Vichorek. But it would be the Bobcats who would retaliate and even the score at 1-1 on a goal by Jason Fabian with assist from number thirteen, John Wickman. The next goal would come off of a Hemingway Turnover off of a great effort by Casey Kleisinger assisted by Isaiah Bennis. Then the Bobcats would extend the lead to two off of a goal, which was credited to Isaiah Bennis with assist from Casey Kleisinger.

Alexandria would trim the Bobcats’ lead to 1 on a goal by Alexandria’s Garrett Grimstad. The Bobcats now stand one win away from a second round with The Express or the The Outlaws. If  Bismarck wins, they begin round two next Friday at the VFW Sports Center in Bismarck, but if Alexandria wins tomorrow night, we have a game number five, which will take place on Monday, April 13th with the face off scheduled for 7:00pm at the Number One seeded Bismarck Bobcats.
