On Friday night at the VFW Sports Center, Layne Sedevie started a 17 year old in net, David Fessenden. It wasn’t David’s fault that the Bobcats were not ready to play at all. Before the embarrassment was over, somehow the Magicians were magically able to walk out of the VFW Sports Center with lovely final score of 5-2. But on Saturday, the Cats were not in a purring mood. They were in a mood to scratch and bite. Before the Magicians knew what hit them, they could only look up and see a 3-0 butt whooping. The credit has to go to number 39, Hunter Shepard, who led the no purring zone. The Bismarck Bobcats need to learn how to make the den not so friendly to the visiting team, so that when visitors come in, they know they are going to get their heads bitten off. The same can be said for Mr. Murray and the Highway 83 rivalry, because we are tired of losing to the Tauros and making this building look like the Maysa. It doesn’t say Maysa Arena outside our building! My feeling for Layne is very passionate. I am starting to liken him to a certain coach who used to be in Billings, because he opens his locker room for yours truly so I can get a closer look inside of your favorite hockey team, and bring you news to put on this website. I love my job with a passion and I will always do it for you, the greatest fans in the NAHL.
