The second pick in the second round netted the Colts former USC running back Michael Pittman, but the Colts were not done picking new horses. This time the Colts went to Wisconsin to get Johnathan Taylor, who has a very explosive running style. When you think you have eliminated the running game, Taylor can carry defensive backs for a long ride, and he also has the ability to find the end zone.

The Colts also went ‘California Dreamin’, when they plucked Philip Rivers away from the LA Chargers. That is not the only move that I like. Overall, I think the Colts deserve an A for their work in the draft, but I have one question. That question is, why would you draft Jacob Eason, a quarterback from Washington, when you already have a guy by the name of Jacoby Brissette? It is going to be fun following the new stable of horses, with Taylor and former quarterback Jim Sorgi, who also happens to be a former Badger.
