Our Boilermakers are number one in the country. The question is, for how long? Matt Painter and the Boilermakers have to go to Rutgers on Thursday and hopefully roll over the Scarlet Knights. I expect Painter’s boys to annihilate the living snot out of the Knights. They have no business being on the same floor as the Boilermakers. JI, bullseye! I want the Knights to go quietly into the night. There is a reason why we are where we are, West Lafayette. It’s because of people like Sasha and JI and the head engineer. He knows how to paint a number one picture. He also knows where his bread is buttered. In West Lafayette. Boilermakers, don’t celebrate like buffoons. Act like you know what you’re doing. The players know how to paint a winning portrait. In the words of Larry Clisby, Bullseye! In the words of Jeremiah, National Championship! Thursday night is going to be our shining moment if we don’t play like we are bigger than our heads. Just because we are number one, we have to treat this like a business trip. Rutgers will not roll over, and give us the game. When we have the orange, we have to play like we have been playing. This is nowhere near where I want Purdue to be. I want to go into my home town after Purdue is Big Ten Champion. I feel like this basketball team is not full of themselves.
